* Undergraduate or graduate in any stream (Can Apply)

* Should be from a technical background/ BPO - Voice or Non - Voice Process

* Minimum 6months of experience is must

* Should be willing to work in 24/7 shifts

* Must have a knowledge on LAN,WAN and troubleshooting
